High lift forklift is a heavy duty forklift

Models: High lift forklift units with suffixes "DM" and "AA" have adjustable forks and adjustable support legs for use with pallets and rails. Units with suffix "FF-DM" have fixed forks and fixed support legs for use with rails only.

Construction: High lift forklift includes a 24 VDC high torque motor including electric drive, double mast electric lift. Stopping is done using electromagnetic disc brakes, including an automatic dead man feature that activates when the worker releases the handle.

Dimensions: Adjustable fork sizes range from 8.3" to 26-3/4" x 42", fixed fork sizes are 26-3/4" x 42".

Service Range: All units have a lowered height of 2-1/8" and raised heights range from 101" to 150".

Electrical: The High lift forklift runs 3-4 hours on a full charge and 8 hours with intermittent use.

Power: High torque 24V DC drive and lift motor with power lifter, equipped with (2) 12V batteries, built-in battery charger and battery gauge. Equipped with 1.0 KW drive and 2.0 KW lift motor.

Purpose: Use this model to transport freight easily, quickly and efficiently.

Operation: The easy-to-use handle features a throttle, infinitely adjustable forward and reverse speeds, lift control, emergency reverse function and horn.

Capacity: Units have a uniform capacity of 2,200 lbs. when raised 0"-62". 3,000 lbs. When raised over 62", see capacity chart.

Options: High lift forklift can be upgraded with AGM batteries and a solid platform upon request.
